Swaab is a resident of Piermont Landing, a wonderful waterfront community along the Hudson River. She was born in Hoboken, N.J., and began her real estate career at the Galaxy Condominiums in 1978. Nan holds an Associate Broker's license in New York, as well as in New Jersey. She moved from Alpine, N.J., where she worked very closely in the marketing and sale of several celebrity homes.
Upon moving to Piermont in 1992, Nancy has been involved in the Piermont Community Garden as well as the Piermont Civic Association. She specializes in waterfront properties along the Hudson River and enjoys biking, gardening and photography. It would her pleasure to serve you.
